Some time ago, I stayed at the Xibei Hotel in Yongkang. The location is quite good, the transportation is convenient, and the surrounding supporting facilities are also complete. After a good night&#39;s rest in the hotel, I decided to try the local food the next day. I have heard that the Japanese food of Yongkang Lidao House has a very good reputation. I checked the route and found that the distance is not far, so I set off decisively.

From Xibei Hotel, you can reach the bus stop in a few minutes on foot. You can get to the station very close to Lidao House in a few stops. It is very convenient.

As soon as you walk into Lidao House, it seems to travel to Japan in a second. The store is decorated in an authentic Japanese style, with warm-toned lights and log decorations. It is full of Japanese aesthetic Zen, elegant and warm. The layout of every corner is very Japanese. There are also special Japanese-style cloths, representative posters, and full of details. There are tatami mats to choose from in the store. It feels quiet and comfortable to sit on it, which is really special.

I ordered their single-person buffet, which is super rich in variety and can fully realize the freedom of Japanese food! The first dish served was a salmon and scallop sashimi. The thick-cut salmon had firm meat and clear texture. It tasted delicate and delicious. The aroma of fat spread in the mouth. The scallop was also sweet and crispy. Paired with mustard soy sauce, the taste was amazing and instantly opened my taste buds.

Then I tried various grilled foods. The salt-grilled saury was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. After squeezing lemon juice, the taste was more refreshing, retaining the original freshness of the ingredients; the grilled eel had a slightly charred skin, the meat was soft and glutinous, and the sweet sauce was particularly tasty. There was also a pan-fried chicken steak, the skin was fried golden and crispy, the chicken was tender and juicy, and it was full of happiness when you took a bite.

There are also many types of sushi, each of which is so exquisite that people are reluctant to eat it. The sakura sushi is very beautiful, with pink sakura dotted on the rice, which is beautiful and delicious; the mango in the mango California roll is sweet, and it is paired with rice, crab sticks, etc., with a rich taste; the roasted salmon roll is roasted, the fragrance of salmon is stimulated, and the sweetness of the salad dressing makes it super satisfying.

For the main course, I chose pork bone barbecue pork ramen and roasted crab leg rice. The soup of pork bone barbecue pork ramen is rich and mellow, and it feels fresh after a sip. After eating so much salty food, of course, you have to have some dessert to relieve the greasiness. Their daifuku is soft and chewy, with full fillings, and you will feel full of happiness after taking a bite; the early cherry blossom love matcha pudding is also very unique, the fragrance of matcha and the tenderness of pudding are perfectly combined, sweet but not greasy.

There are also many choices of drinks. I drank Shanxia Baixue, which tasted sweet and delicious, especially refreshing.

This Japanese food experience from Xibei Hotel to Yongkang Lidao Noya is really great! Whether it is the environment, dishes or service, it is impeccable. Next time I come to Yongkang, I will definitely come to check in again!

Stayed in a viewing room on the ninth floor. The window was very big, the buffet breakfast was very rich, and there were fruits and snacks in the room. Behind the hotel was the Paris shopping street, which was very nice to go shopping after dinner. I will definitely stay here when I come back next time.
