I came to Yuanmou Tulin for a visit, but I only stayed for one night and had only one meal, so I definitely wanted to try the local dishes. I checked and it seemed that cold chicken was a local specialty, so I chose it.
I thought it was a small snack bar, but when I got to the door, I found that it was a century-old shop, but the online reviews seemed to be average. It was a bit strange at first, but after eating, I probably understood why. Locals may not use reviews very often, so many of the ratings are from outsiders, but |cold chicken^ tastes like medicine, and it has been in the refrigerator, so the texture is hard and the meat is dry. It is true that outsiders may not be used to it, such as me. To be honest, I can&#39;t find any place to praise it. The taste was between old tofu and tender tofu, and the Chrysanthemum was tender, which went well with rice.
The service was not very enthusiastic, but it was quite thoughtful. When ordering in the open kitchen at the beginning, the auntie would also recommend a more appropriate portion and special wild vegetables. In general, it&#39;s worth a try.
