I drove here with a few friends. The first thing we did when we arrived was to find something to eat. Since the hotel was booked in advance, we found a store near the hotel. We saw that this store had a very high rating and was a local specialty, so we came! The waiter was very enthusiastic and introduced their signature features to us, which are mainly lamb. We ordered hand-grabbed, fried meat slices, grilled lamb chops, spicy lamb trotters, and milk and egg fermented glutinous rice soup! I like their fried noodles the most. There is hand-rolled noodles in it, which is especially delicious when mixed with white noodles! Highly recommended!

A famous Ganzhou food recommended by a friend. It is located in a prosperous commercial street, with nice decoration and a good environment. The lamb chops are especially delicious. I have eaten here for several times and it is the best. There are also various special snacks for tasting. I will come again next time.
