However, as a good Japanese food, the control of ingredients and heat must be very strict, and this lunch did have many loopholes: 1. There was mud and sand in the flower snails, not just one; 2. The quality of the beef cubes was not very good, or the cooking method was too dry; 3. The crayfish was probably not well preserved and had a slight odor; 4. The worst was the salt-baked ginkgo nuts, which felt like a bag of water in the center. Was it due to improper material selection or processing problems, that is, the center still felt raw!
