The dishes were served quickly and the waiting time was not long. Henan stewed noodles are now basically machine-produced stewed noodles that are manually stretched and cooked, and the stewed noodles are basically the same. However, the rich and mellow mutton soup of Heji Huimian is excellent. It smells very appetizing. After eating, the fragrance still lingers on the lips, which is very enjoyable. The cold dishes are quite satisfactory and I won't comment too much.
