二十多年的烩面老店,就是汤底有点儿咸从河南博物院出来,接受了一下午文化熏陶的我们,才想起来中午着急参观,连午饭都还没吃,早已饥肠辘辘。好在提前在网上查过,酒店对面就有一家开了二十年的烩面老店,惠丰源烩面馆,直奔饭店,却吃了个闭门羹。这就是郑州老店的做派,只在饭点营业,其余时候看心情。卖早餐的就是卖早餐,胡辣汤一般中午就不卖了,烩面板面就是正餐,十一点开业,早饭绝对吃不到。卖正餐的店下午两点以后肯定休息,休到五点还是六点,这就看老板的习惯了,他家是五点半开始营业,回屋休整一下,五点半又来一次,终于吃上了。吃烩面主要是为了娃,一会儿还要吃别的,所以就没点别的东西,直接要了两大碗烩面,18一碗,有香菜木耳豆腐皮,没有大葱,很好,适合我们家。店里装修很古朴,长长窄窄的一溜,散台二十来张方桌,还有包间。桌子用黄铜制作,一张桌子460斤,好处是很显贵气,并且特别稳,在这吃面,完全不用担心谁不小心碰到桌子把你的面撞翻,因为根本连晃都晃不动。我们打趣说,这样也挺好,什么时候不想干了,卖桌椅也能挣个养老钱。交完钱给烩面票,上面以后收回,我都多少年没见过这玩意儿了,小时候在我们县里的国营烩面店吃饭才能见到的东西,从一个侧面证明他家是实打实的老店了。面上的挺快,要了个小碗分面,开吃。汤底是正宗的羊肉汤底,不说多惊艳,但扎扎实实,味道很厚重,就是有点儿咸了。烩面抻的也很标准,不像有些店偷工减料整得很厚。加上羊油辣子,就是一碗标准的河南烩面。面量不算大,但好处就是离河南博物院特别近,参观时顺便来喝一碗特别方便。我吃有点儿咸,但我娃不喝羊汤,是把烩面捞出来干吃的,她这个吃法就正好,面上没汤就不那么咸了。她吃的很开心,所以第二天中午又陪她来吃了一顿,给五一的郑州之旅画上一个圆满的句号。
