I traveled halfway across town just for this greasy grilled pork tendon! The fat tendon was sizzling with oil, and the crispy aroma was complemented by the garlic pancakes. Wow, the aroma was intoxicating! I have to say the three dishes are quite something; the tendon, fat, and kidney wouldn&#39;t be complete without any one of them!
