River fish is one of our favorite foods, but what really attracts us is the very comfortable service attitude, which is warm but not excessive, like a spring breeze, and has little to do with what we eat.

This creative feast of &quot;one fish, four ways to cook&quot; is the ultimate in culinary artistry! The pan-fried fish belly is crispy and charred on the outside, while the fatty, melt-in-your-mouth tenderness is rich and tender on the inside. The salt and pepper fish tail is deep-fried to a golden brown, savory, and delicious, making it a perfect accompaniment to alcohol. The steamed fish head is cooked to perfection, leaving it tender and succulent, showcasing its original flavor. The fish belly in black bean sauce is rich and salty, with the soy sauce flavor permeating every inch of the fish, creating a rich and complex taste. In one meal, these four distinct flavors collide, maximizing the value of a single fish, making the most of it, and the craftsmanship is truly amazing!

It&#39;s a small restaurant, mainly for a quick meal, I don&#39;t have high requirements. The beef pie is OK, quite crispy, and tastes good. I also ordered a dumpling, the portion is OK, and the taste is OK.

A very delicious local farm. The service attitude is very good. The steamed chicken, fish and lotus root are all very delicious.
