There are many stinky tofu brands in Changsha. I have tried Black Classic, Wenheyou, and Fire Palace, but I like Luo Ji the best. When I first tried Luo Ji in Changsha a few years ago, there was also a long queue. Now it is not as popular as before.

这臭豆腐就是大街小巷常见的风格口味了。味道中规中矩，等待的时间也不用特别久，没有位置坐，随拿随走这样子的感觉把。

在长沙好多人都会去和宫殿或者是文和友或者是黑色经典吃臭豆腐，这几个我都去过，个人觉得还是罗记臭豆腐最好吃，以前去排长长的队，现在可能营销做得不够好，没有其他的那几个品牌受欢迎，而且还搞饥饿营销，一份臭豆腐起码要做5分钟。

In Changsha, many people go to Hegongdian, Wenheyou or Black Classic to eat stinky tofu. I have been to all of them. Personally, I think Luoji stinky tofu is the best. There used to be a long queue there, but now maybe the marketing is not good enough and it is not as popular as the other brands. They also use hunger marketing. It takes at least 5 minutes to make a serving of stinky tofu.
