Casa Prado

I had been there the night before and thought it was pretty good. I also saw a recommendation on TripAdvisor, so I came to Casa Prado again the next day at noon. I ordered salad, pasta and grilled chicken, all of which were big plates. The chicken breast was not too tough or too dry, and the meat was very tender. All chicken in Cuba is free-range chicken, so whether it is a large chicken drumstick or chicken breast, it tastes good.

The restaurant recommended by the landlord has a small frontage and two floors. The second floor is an open-air terrace, which is only open for dinner and has BBQ. We ordered shrimp rice and steak, and also ordered a tapas. The shrimp rice tasted good, and the shrimp was similar to the Shanghainese fried river shrimp. The dessert after the meal was 1CUC and tasted super delicious.
