Host

Host is really one of the few restaurants I like. Every detail from the environment to the ingredients is meticulous. The Japanese style of logs is elegant everywhere in the restaurant. The tatami box is very private and perfect for dates.

During this trip to Northern Europe, I went to three new Nordic restaurants with 350-450dkk/5-course set menus, mes, bodil and Høst. If you count barr (500+ per person), Høst is my favorite among the four. Høst's current menu is good in terms of overall taste and combination, mainly seafood, the main course is pork (no pork smell, which is great, and the sauce is not too salty, thank God), and I really like the small desserts in the desserts, which are not heavy overall. With juice, the taste is pleasant, very iced tea-like. As for the price, 5 dishes + welcome snacks + an extra seafood snack in the middle + a small dessert, 450dkk/person.

The Danish food is pretty good. The lobster is delicious, and the flounder is also good. The ice cream is made like sago. The environment is average and the food is cheaper.

The location of this restaurant is pretty good. It is not far from the hotel where we stayed. Since we chose a hotel close to a busy area, it is very convenient and everyone can enjoy the food when they have time.

I prefer Western pastries 💕, mainly because the method of making tiramisu cake is that you can do whatever you want.
