It's a rare trip to Northern Europe. I was looking for delicious food in Odense, Denmark. I didn't want to follow the guide to eat the "Internet celebrity" food that everyone would eat. I found this Japanese restaurant on the recommendation of a friend. The place is in the center of the central street of Odense, which is still easy to find. I looked at the reviews. Although there are no reviews, it is the second Japanese restaurant in Denmark. I think it must taste good! The store style and environment are very good. It is the simple and atmospheric style I like, which complements the cold style of the whole Danish country. Denmark is a country rich in fish. The salmon and tuna are quite fresh. It feels better than the Japanese ones we often eat! I blindly ordered some sushi rolls and sashimi according to my feeling. They are super good. The texture of the ingredients is great! The perfect combination of salmon and avocado, melt in your mouth! I plan to eat it again if I have the chance to come next time!
