The quality of the whole experience : the food, the awesome atmosphere, the very friendly staff. Such an amazing place !

The breakfast spread was decent, had the basics covered. Scrambled eggs were a bit dry, but the pastries were fresh. The view of the river from the terrace is lovely, though.

Val Moret is an amazing restaurant serving fresh locally sourced produce and cooked by a first class chef. I had the fillet of beef with Morel sauce and an assortment of tasty vegetables and a cheese board and both hit the spot. I would not hesitate to recommend this truly first class restaurant.
