Karon TomatoIn the middle of the week, the restaurant I often go to was full of tourists. When I walked out, I found a Fujian seafood restaurant opposite Datong Primary School. The taste was very homely and Xiamen. I tried it with a try-it attitude, and I got an unexpected surprise.
The restaurant is called Yiwei Restaurant. It seems that it has just been opened for a short time. The walls, tables and chairs are all new, clean and comfortable. The owner and the chef are both from southern Fujian, which is one of the reasons why we chose this restaurant.
Because we are entertaining friends from other places, seafood is indispensable. Tongan fried crab is the first choice. The crab roe is cut in half and fried until golden. The crab meat is tender and fragrant.
The steamed tiger grouper presents the original flavor of the fish meat. The fish meat is elastic and smooth, and the taste is sticky. It is really fresh.
