Cafe Del Volcan

The cafe is set up in a public office space. From noon to afternoon, many people sit and drink coffee while working on their laptops. It is different from the coffee shop I imagined. If I knew in advance that its space was like this, I might not go there. Flat white I have been drinking a lot of flat whites recently... I should drink latte next time! I really don’t like their flat whites very much. I don’t know why the astringent taste is too strong... Maybe it’s because of the beans... I tried it for a while, and the barista brought a small cup of cold brew and asked me to try it. It tastes and smells much better than flat white!

The boss is a German IT guy living in Shanghai. Coffee is purely his hobby.
