The Manoir d’Hautegente is a culinary and family story! An extraordinary place that has belonged to the same family for over 400 years! A young Chef in the kitchen, who offers, among other things, local products prepared with audacity and delicacy! A pastry chef who creates incredible desserts! The place is magical. Ideal in the evening outdoors. Great discovery. The foie gras was a bit disappointing, otherwise the other dishes were very good. Lots of well-prepared vegetables. Original flavors.

On the edge of a small stream in a quiet area is this magnificent establishment. The welcome is pleasant and friendly. Very good meal. If the weather is not too good, you should have an aperitif in front of the fireplace
