This is one the best restaurants in Paris. Incredible view, with a beautiful style of food and very friendly staff. The story behind the restaurant also is wonderful.

We were elegantly welcomed and led to our table with a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower.Not only the food was sublimely served, the wine accompanied the evening throughout the courses till the dessert.It was a pleasure to spend the evening at L&rsquo;Oiseau Blanc for a special occasion.

Amazing food. One o these restaurants where the tastes exploded in your mouth. Incredible. Two stars Michelin. Well worth.

My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary. This restaurant exceeded our expectations, and the service was extraordinary! My wife had a combination of asthma and a cold, and she had a slight cough episode. They were so thoughtful and brought tea immediately, which saved our date. We experienced refined flavors on each plate. Seeing the light changes in the Eiffel Tower was a special moment to remember. We will never forget this date!

New Zealand lamb kebab roasted pork skin, highly recommended, it is pure lamb, with a little bit of lamb smell, but I love it, the roasted pork skin is also very glutinous, full of fat, and quite tough ~ the price is really cheap ~

Unfortunately, I only have one stomach and I wanted to eat too many dishes. I bought milk tea outside before I came in, so I had to lean on the wall to leave~
This restaurant can actually have more friends, four, five or six people is better.

Whether it&#39;s pork, mutton or beef, they are basically seasoned and fresh. Recommended. I don&#39;t recommend the cold noodles, the taste is so-so and the noodles are hard to chew. As for eggplant, I personally don&#39;t like it very much~

I highly recommend that you come to this restaurant for a meal if you have the chance, mainly because its prices are very affordable. Compared with a high-consumption city like Paris, the prices of this restaurant are relatively cheap, and the food tastes very good, too.

The most shocking event in the French restaurant industry in 2016 was that the same chef&#39;s two new restaurants won two Michelin stars and one Michelin star just over a year after opening. His &quot;great achievements&quot; are by no means luck. He was born into a culinary family. In 1988, when he was 7 years old, his father&#39;s L&#39;Ambroisie restaurant, located opposite Hugo&#39;s former residence, won three Michelin stars. It has the longest record of holding three stars in Paris so far, and it is also the only restaurant among the ten three-star restaurants that adheres to traditional French cuisine.
He began to learn from different famous chefs in many restaurants at the age of 15, and returned to his father at the age of 22 to continue the family&#39;s three-star myth. It was not until 2014 that he decided to &quot;go solo&quot; - to open a restaurant with his own generation&#39;s style. Hexagone is his new interpretation of traditional French cuisine in the language of young people.
