Fondue Chongqing

I finally had the long-missed Chongqing spicy hotpot in Paris. The decoration here is quite suitable for the spicy taste, and the taste is really authentic. Some ingredients may not be available here, but it is enough to satisfy my craving.

The beef and meatballs tasted pretty good, and the shrimps were handled very cleanly, but the freshness was just average. The soup base was good, the Sichuan standard spicy type, and the tripe was delicious and tender.

The upper and lower floors were full, and the guests in line could only sit outside to rest and wait. The boss was patient and meticulous, and the waiters were friendly. There were also private rooms and karaoke! Foreigners also brought their families to eat hotpot. It seems that Chongqing hotpot has become an international delicacy! The roof of the restaurant is the famous "Paris Sky Green Trail Park" in Paris. The Green Trail is a three-story-high Paris Vincennes Railway Line built in 1858. It is about 4.5 kilometers long and can transport 1 million roses every night in 1897. It became a famous "Rose Shuttle". The arch gate below has become a traditional handicraft workshop and dining and shopping street. Above is the city green trail. The bridge and viewing platform form a vivid and interesting traffic organization, connecting various city nodes, and the city appearance on both sides of the north and south can be seen at a glance. If the waiting time for Tianci Hotpot is long, you can visit the park first, or you can visit after dinner. There is an entrance to Shangtiantai Park next to the hotpot restaurant.

It is not easy to eat a Chinese hot pot in a foreign country. The hot pot in this restaurant is relatively fresh.

It is a very excellent restaurant. The taste, the price, the service, and the decoration are there. I went there several times and I will continue.
