Great meal and location. Staff were a bit frosty and unwelcoming to start with but cheered up when, despite being English, found we spoke French!

This is a wonderful restaurant. If you get to Pau you should seek it out. Very different from any other in the City. A warm welcome, cosy atmosphere and most important wonderful food. The cocktails are excellent also.

The rich and sweet sauce, paired with crispy fried rice and fresh clams, each highlight their own flavor, with a full and rich taste. The pan-fried fresh lobsters, paired with creamy soup, is also a combination of Chinese and Western, with a little bit of Japanese and Western feel!
