At first, we thought the staff hadn't slept well. They seemed cold and sober. But that was a false impression. Very courteous, prompt, and friendly!

Great environment, very comfortable rooms. We can only recommend it and would love to come back.

Very poor customer service, not hospitable. There weren't even scrambled eggs, as stated in the email from the café. The rolls and toppings were very basic, and the coffee was weak and barely drinkable.

I had reserved three places for 9:00 a.m., and there were no rolls. They had to be reheated first; they were pre-baked bread rolls. The first coffee was lukewarm. I had to ask for juice, and the container was empty. Everything else was fine. I won't go there again.

Unfortunately I was really disappointed, the staff were very accommodating and really tried to fulfill all of their guests' wishes and were also very nice and polite but I had reserved a table by the fireplace which was supposed to be for a romantic date and which I had been promised in writing in advance and then unfortunately they forgot to keep my request. The selection of food satisfied me in terms of quantity and choice but not so convincing that I was enthusiastic. I'm sorry but there is still potential for improvement. It was also very cold despite the coffee.
