Gasthaus am Zierwald

I was going to Zugspitze, so I stayed at a B&amp;B in Grainau. I saw this highly ranked German restaurant on Owl at night. I always felt that the fried pork elbow was a little over-fried, and the skin was too hard to chew, but the meat inside was just right, quite fragrant and not dry. It was quite big, and you need a big appetite to finish it. The fresh fish was fried in oil, which is called longli fish in China.
