I was going to Zugspitze, so I stayed at a B&amp;B in Grainau. I saw this highly ranked German restaurant on Owl at night. I always felt that the fried pork elbow was a little over-fried, and the skin was too hard to chew, but the meat inside was just right, quite fragrant and not dry.
