Vinothek by Geisel

I highly recommend this restaurant. It's not a big restaurant but the food and drinks are cheap and the food is very good. The staff are very friendly and attentive, they all speak good English and will give you lots of advice.

The Geisel family owns many well-known hotels and restaurants in Munich, including the König Hotel, the 2-Michelin-starred Geisel Werneckhof, and the Ana Hotel. This Vinothek is located downstairs from one of their hotels. The ingredients are fresh and the wine is served professionally. Moreover, their wine is from the same supplier as their 2-star restaurant. The menu changes almost every month, so pay attention to the waiter's recommendation. But the Italian fried fish platter is almost always available. It tastes good and costs more than 20 euros per plate. Those who come here are regular customers.

My favorite dish is pasta with Italian salad dressing, it tastes really good.

The restaurant environment is very retro and elegant, very suitable for entertaining friends
