The service was just great & kind, the beef tartar was amazing but as the restaurant got full the food quality went a bit down. Expected a bit more when it comes to chocolate cheesecake serving - the plate topped with cocoa seemed like nobody had time to prepare a nice desert. Thank you! Had a wonderful time before going to Isarphilharmonie :))

Our party of two had a wonderful lunch experience at Gaia. Nello was our attentive waiter and our delicious food was served quickly. My company is Italian and picky when it comes to pizza but even she was convinced when she tried a slice of my Marinara. Only towards the end of our lunch, service slowed down a little bit when the team's attention focused on various big parties that ordered simultaneously. It was my first visit but definitely not my last.

When we arrived it was a bit chaotic. The restaurant was very busy and it took the staff a few minutes to acknowledge us. There were too many tables for the space available, and it made the space feel crowded and hard to navigate. Once we were seated we also waited a while before the server came to take our order, but once we ordered the experience improved. I have dietary restrictions, and when I asked about allergens the server told me to just order what I want and tell him my allergies and they would take care of it. They did, and the food was delicious! The wine was also excellent. Thanks for making the experience of going out to eat with dietary restrictions easy and delicious!

A lovely little restaurant with very polite staff. Unfortunately the service was rather chaotic eg. the bread for an appetizer was completely forgotten and then served after a longer wait.

Great food. Service took 45 minutes to get the main course. almost missed the concert
