Markos - Das Restaurant

The restaurant is very impressive in terms of architecture and ambience. The service is perfect, the food and wine are excellent, the star is well deserved!

My second visit was once again amazement by the delicate composition of the dishes and the new decor of the tableware – an aesthetic experience for both the eye and the palate! The wine selection and the sommelier's advice were also perfectly coordinated and outstanding! Smart and expert service rounded off a wonderful evening. There's no question we'll be back and recommend this gem!

A lovely, cozy restaurant with very friendly staff and excellent food. The sommelier tells wonderful stories about the origin and winemaker of each wine.

Syrlin Kostbar and Markos are absolutely worth a visit. Great restaurant manager, fantastic sommelier. The menu guarantees explosions of flavor and extraordinary experiences you won't want to miss. Today's Valentine's Day menu was once again very successful: the corn-fed chicken with polenta, cabbage, chili, and smoked barbecue notes with lime-flavored coleslaw-like cabbage. The dessert with Valrhona mousse, raspberry heart, and yogurt was a dream...

Once again, we enjoyed a wonderful evening at the "Markos" restaurant. The dishes were creatively prepared using the finest ingredients and offered a diverse range of flavors. Venison with truffles and a Portuguese red wine – delicious! Naturally, we were also delighted by a few surprises. The friendly, attentive service created a relaxed atmosphere. Last but not least, the accompanying wines contributed to a successful gourmet evening.
