Ten years later, I returned to Saarbrucken, a city on the southwestern border of Germany. It was once controlled by the Prussians, then incorporated into France, and in 1935, voters decided to rejoin Germany through a referendum. 
Walking across the nearly 500-year-old ancient stone bridge across the Saar River, on the right is the opera house built by Hitler&#39;s order (Figure 2). 
Gasthaus Zahm is a German-French restaurant, and the pattern on the store sign resembles &quot;Kong Yiji&quot; [Chin] (Figure 3). The fried fish sticks in Figure 4 are unexpectedly crispy, tender and fresh 😋😋, and the taste is quite Chinese [StarEyes][StarEyes][StarEyes]. Although it is an appetizer, a full bowl is very satisfying to eat.
