We had a very nice evening with very polite staff. All courses had a lot of detail and there were surprisingly many (11) courses. It was hence quite opulent. A real food journey. There was a clear Japanese flavor theme in most courses. Many dishes also featured fruity/ fermentation acidity, which felt a bit much at times. The cigar smoke flavored dessert was unique.

Everything was amazing. The food was creative and tasted wonderful, the staff were knowledgable and very friendly and the dining room itself was very elegant. The wines offered in the wine pairing were excellent. Thank you all at Louis for a lovely evening.

Service was perfect, Food quality also. Only the mixture of all tastes in the desert was too much for us.

In one word : exceptionele.

Everything is just right in this restaurant. From the ambiance to the service to, most importantly, the food. Very interesting blends of flavors. Combinations you've rarely seen on a plate. The high price is consistently justified and worth every euro. They deserve their two stars. We'll be back.
