摆渡修行As soon as I arrived at the door, I felt like I had discovered a treasure. The decoration inside the store is so beautiful, very French! The waiters are all young men (& old men), all in uniform. As soon as I entered, someone came up to greet me, very enthusiastic and professional, just like the French restaurants in the movies.
Because it was my friend's first time in France, I ordered some classic dishes. The appetizer was French baked snails, which was a no-brainer. The olive oil and garlic pesto, dipped in baguette, was a perfect match. I ordered onion soup for my friend, which was a very traditional way. My friend drank the whole bowl, and it should taste good, but I forgot to take a photo... For the main course, I ordered a pan-fried duck breast, which is recommended!! The presentation of the dish is a plus, and I was attracted to it as soon as it came. The sauce is different from other restaurants, with a sauce flavor, and it looks dark, but it is not too salty at all. I don't recommend the calf's head dish, because Chinese people think it's too strong.. The calf's brain, tongue and thymus... The key is that the seasoning looks very light... Although the mustard sauce is great, I still can't accept it (I am a woman who likes stir-fried kidney and dry pot pig intestines). Finally, I would like to introduce the desserts of this restaurant. I want to order every one of them on the menu! ! They are all classic French desserts, but they have their own recipes and creativity! ! This hot chocolate vanilla ice cream puff is something I have wanted to eat for a long time. This restaurant really did not disappoint. I ordered it decisively when I saw the name profiteroles. When the dish is served, the waiter will pour hot chocolate in front of you. Their chocolate is dark chocolate, not too sweet, and bitter in the sweetness, so people who don't eat sweet can hold it. How tempting and delicious is it? Cool ice cream with puff skin and hot chocolate. It's extremely délicieux!!!! I was so dizzy!!! I even forgot to take pictures when the dish was served, and I ate it all up.. I could only steal the pictures on the official website to make up the number.
Finally, two people had two appetizers + two main courses + one dessert, a total of 75 euros. This price is really worth it for such a location, such taste, such decoration and such service.
