We had an amazing experience at this restaurant which is on the top floor in a hotel! The food was served in a sharing style, which made it perfect for trying a variety of dishes. The flavors were absolutely delicious and I couldn't get enough. The signature cocktails were a perfect complement to the meal and were expertly crafted. The service was also top notch, the staff were friendly, attentive and made sure that we had a great time. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an enjoyable and memorable dining experience.

The encounter between nature and food | A journey of taste at LAAX Resort At LAAX Resort, every meal is like a dialogue with the nature of the Alps. The dining experience here goes beyond the pleasure of taste and sublimates into an exquisite and in-depth sensory journey. Whether it is innovative dishes full of modern sense or classic dishes with traditional charm, each restaurant demonstrates respect for local ingredients and pursuit of gourmet art with its unique style and craftsmanship. Restaurant Ella is a vibrant restaurant. Known for its exquisite and attentive cooking, all ingredients are organic and sourced locally. While enjoying the food here, I felt the respect for nature and the insistence on environmental protection from the authentic flavors. Ristorante Camino, the restaurant creates a warm and cozy Italian atmosphere. The dim light by the fireplace and the aroma of Italian food instantly transported me to the Italian countryside. The pizzas and handmade pastas here are full of traditional flavors, and every bite reveals a love for classic Italian cuisine. Dining in such a warm environment is both a feast for the taste buds and a relaxing experience. Grandis Ustria da vin is a modern restaurant, ideal for a relaxed yet refined dinner. The restaurant serves quality appetizers, meat and cheese dishes. The traditional Swiss dish here - Swiss cheese fondue is one of the must-try dishes. Paired with the restaurant's selection of more than 1,000 kinds of fine wines, you can indulge in the food and wine of the Alps. Mulania Brasserie is a modern interpretation of classic French cuisine, helmed by celebrity chef Sascha Meyer, and has been awarded 16 Gault&Millau points for many consecutive years. The French seafood dishes here, especially the fried and grilled sea fish, are delicate and delicious, and the traditional French stews are also cleverly innovated to bring a unique experience. Each dish is prepared with exquisite skills, which not only presents the elegance of French cuisine, but also makes me feel a unique artistic atmosphere. At LAAX Resort, every meal goes beyond a simple dining moment and becomes a unique experience of exploring taste and enjoying life. Food and nature, tradition and innovation blend harmoniously at LAAX, bringing unparalleled sensory enjoyment. This journey not only enriched my taste buds, but also injected a sense of satisfaction and nostalgia into my soul, making me look forward to returning to this paradise of delicious food and beautiful scenery.

#SwissAlps #SceneryOnTheRoad #AncientTownsAndVillagesWorthyOfVisiting #SceneryOutTheWindow #NicheDiscovery 🏔 Among the many small towns clustered in the Alps in Switzerland, Davos, with an altitude of 1,529 meters, can be said to be the highest town. The world-class ski resorts, the World Economic Forum, and more sustainable tourism methods that are close to nature have given this place a new and famous label. Today Pandy experienced a 3-day, 2-night journey here to experience the beauty and nature of Davos. ☀D1: 1️⃣ Lunch Pandy chose to dine at the restaurant "Pulsa Restaurant" of Hotel Grischa. The hotel is very convenient next to the train station. The hotel also adheres to the concept of sustainable development to operate the hotel. The building itself uses a lot of local recycled materials, plus temperature control and solar energy equipment to avoid waste and save energy. The restaurant uses creative meals made from Swiss ingredients to satisfy the hungry stomach. 2️⃣Landwasser World Then take the nostalgic train from Davos Square to Filisur Station. The historic train carriages seem to be back in the 1920s. Afterwards, take the Landwasser Express to "Landwasser World" and walk to the viewing platform to enjoy the spectacular Landwasser Viaduct from a different perspective. It is supported by only 5 stone pillars and is 65 meters high. It can be said to be an engineering miracle of the entire route. 3️⃣Dischma Side Valley Taking a horse-drawn carriage across the valley is definitely an unprecedented experience. It is retro and romantic, and you can also feel the tranquility and beauty of nature up close. More importantly, the carriage will take me to a famous restaurant halfway up the mountain. 4️⃣Dinner Dairy products have always been an essential ingredient in Swiss cuisine. The "Teuf Restaurant" located high above the Dischma Valley is a gourmet restaurant famous for its cheese hot pot. Thinly sliced meat soaked in cheese and cooked The rich aroma of milk and meat is overflowing Plus the seats with a commanding view of the valley Make Pandy unforgettable. ☀D2: 1️⃣Sardaska Alps The next morning Take the train to Klosters Prepare to challenge riding an electric bike Go to the Sadaska Alps The scenery on this route is like a painting You can see magnificent mountains and peaceful pastures along the way It is beautiful. 2️⃣Mountain hut Seetalhütte and glacier lake Next, Pandy will go to the mountain hut and glacier lake But you can only ride here The rest of the journey can only be hiked. Although this hiking route is a bit challenging But the scenery along the way is definitely worth it. The water of the glacier lake is crystal clear Surrounded by towering mountains It feels like being in a paradise. 3️⃣ Dinner Drag my tired body back to the hotel in Davos Just want to have a big meal to replenish my energy I chose a restaurant called "LOKAL" as the dinner restaurant, which insists on organic farming and local ingredients, and provides rich food in a creative way, paired with homemade kombucha or ginger beer, which instantly restores my energy. ☀D3: Promenade Street On the last day in Davos, don't forget to go shopping on Promenade Street, which brings together various boutiques, cafes and restaurants. You can also find various Swiss souvenirs here and enjoy a leisurely time. 🎥 This time, I was also honored to be interviewed by the Swiss German TV station, and talked about sustainable travel in Switzerland. The short three-day trip made Pandy feel that he was still not satisfied. It was really an unforgettable trip to Davos.

This is a very popular restaurant in the local area. Reservations are available. It is located in the bustling business district of St. Moritz. It is very large and is the first-floor restaurant of the hotel of the same name. Outside is a very lively open-air bar. You can order food in the restaurant or have a self-service stone pot barbecue, which is also the biggest feature of this restaurant. The self-service barbecue dishes include salads, vegetables, various sauces and unlimited supply of various meats: beef, venison, lamb, kangaroo meat, pork, chicken, etc., as well as tofu and quail eggs, etc., which are very delicious after being barbecued! 58 Swiss francs per person, half price for children, drinks are a la carte. If you drive there, it is very convenient to park nearby. There is a large public parking lot, 2 Swiss francs per time.
