This is the most elegant restaurant in the city center. We were impressed by the creativity of the menu. The entire staff was very helpful, especially Maurice. It was a pleasure to dine here!

Santo Cafe is ranked 10th among 200 restaurants in Guanajuato on tripadviser. I was attracted by the photo in Figure 9, where two tables are placed on the bridge. Here you can dine on the covered bridge with only two tables while watching people coming and going in the alley under the bridge (showing off your love), which is very interesting. 📷The bridge street of the cafe is connected to a small road, where almost no one walks, and there is no crowd on the main road at all. You can book this street for good photos. I simply moved the chairs in the cafe to the middle of the road (Figure 4) 🍴The food in the cafe is not bad, mainly simple Mexican dishes. The beef rice in Figure 3 tastes similar to Sichuan cuisine, which is more in line with the taste of Chinese people. This is also a popular online store in San Miguel de Adelán. There are always people queuing in front of the door because the owner is the well-known Mexican soap opera star and Argentinian actress Margarita Gralia. We queued for a long time and found that the queue was for buying fried dough sticks, not for eating. We had no choice but to buy fried dough sticks because the queue for eating was too slow to call numbers and we couldn't wait any longer.

San Miguel de Allende, a small town between Mexico City and Guanajuato, is only one kilometer away from the city. There is a brunch called Lavanda, which requires a queue to eat. You can imagine how popular it is. If you don’t know what to order, just show the following picture to the waiter. No thanks. The free bread is one of the best pre-meal breads I have ever eaten. The butter and honey should be specially prepared. Just combine them and enjoy!

The bilingual staff and menu made it easy to understand and the service was impeccable! The decor was chic, the ambience was great and the restaurant was easy to reach by taxi for 50 pesos. Had the salmon fillet which was amazing! Delicious chocolate dessert and a nice cocktail! Highly recommended
