as always a guarantee the renella grill, excellent quality of food, the only downside was I waited quite a while for a portion of chips but it was a drop in the ocean compared to the courtesy and professionalism of the staff.

At 23:15, we finally had pizza. The moment we put it in our mouths, we both felt that it was worth it! It is indeed a famous old shop in Naples.
Let me first talk about the dough of this shop. The dough is very light and moist, so it doesn&rsquo;t feel dry, but the bottom is still crispy. After each of us finished one, we felt that there was still room in our stomachs, so we ordered another one to share.
- Pizza fiore: Flower pizza, using pumpkin flowers. There are a lot of crispy pickled pork belly on the pizza. The salty and fresh meat flavor is accompanied by a multi-layered cheese flavor when you bite it. The smoked provola cheese is paired with 24-month mature Parmesan cheese and Pecorino sheep cheese. The overflowing pendulum tomatoes in the Vesuvius area are really sweet. By the way, some pistachio crumbs from the small town of Bronte in Sicily are also sprinkled on the pizza. All the ingredients are good.
- Today&rsquo;s version: The waiter recommended the today&rsquo;s version. The combination of toppings reminds me of Norma pasta, with fried eggplant and sweet tomato sauce, which is a bit oily and heavy.
- pizza appennini: The star pizza is one of the signature pizzas here. The toppings are fried zucchini, pickled pork belly and porcini mushrooms, and it doesn&#39;t feel too oily. I support the porcini mushrooms! The whole pizza uses 4 kinds of cheese.
