Ristorante Minerva

We went to this restaurant because they could do gluten free. They were very helpful in explaining the dishes. The dishes were interesting and tasty and the wine very good for the price. I would have no hesitation in returning.

I have been working in Arezzo for about 2 months and when I want to be sure to eat well (that is, almost every evening) I go to Minerva A guarantee of quality of food, professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Excellent

BRAVI!!!!!! I have known the restaurant all my life, it has always been elegant and welcoming; recently renovated with taste, maintaining elegance and a warm atmosphere. Despite the packed house for Valentine's Day, the service was fast, the waiters were present but never intrusive. The menu offered fish and meat: we chose meat, but the fish dishes that were served to others seemed equally inviting. A menu in the spirit of local tradition, with a few touches of novelty resulting from a successful search for flavor combinations. First course: 2 potato tortelli with black cabbage pesto and crispy finocchiona, delicious! Then, an enormous artichoke stuffed with a mixture of breadcrumbs, parsley and cheese that was anything but banal, in fact, a pleasant surprise. And a stuffed guinea fowl breast with a side of purple cabbage with hints of citrus. Truly appetizing. 2 glasses of excellent wines, including an excellent Amarone. Satisfying portions, very reasonable price in relation to the quality.

Dinner with special Valentine's menu: superlative food, well presented with an unusual combination of flavors. Compliments to the chef! The staff was very kind and helpful. An experience to repeat for sure.
