Trattoria Guglielmo

Very good food. We ordered seafood that was prepared to perfection. Very gentle and obliging staff. All desserts were prepared on location and very delicious indeed. The trattoria is located a short drive outside of Bologna centre. I definitely recommend to try it out!

Varied menu with interesting seafood and mountain options. We ate fish: all dishes were excellent. The gutturao bread served was good.

The fish dishes are all very fresh and well presented, the raw appetizer is excellent and the seafood first course is excellent. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. The price is fair if we consider that you eat fish and above all it is of excellent quality. I will definitely go back to try other proposals!

The choice of dishes is very varied, from refined and "trendy" dishes such as tartare or crudites to excellent fried crescentine and pizza. The portions, even peeking at those of the neighbors, are sufficiently abundant. Everything is very good, service and welcome are fast and of an excellent level. I will return to try the pizza, of which I only tasted the dough, having ordered a schiacciata bianca like bread, and I liked it very much. I did not spend little, but I ordered a sea bass of almost 1 kg that was served to me already boned and I struggled to finish it. Since there are, as already said, various proposals, the prices are also, obviously, very different so everyone can adjust according to their budget.

Nice and well-kept environment. Not noisy and very cozy thanks to the not excessively large spaces. Both the fish and the pizza are excellent. Guglielmo knows how to make you feel like a special customer!
