The restaurant is beautifully set out and furnished. The food was excellent, with plenty of interesting choices based on local ingredients. The portion sizes were generous and service very attentive.

What a gem! The food is incredibly delicious-creatively prepared and presented. The artichoke appetizer was great - tender and tasty. Pastas and the desserts - yum. All in all a great, leisurely dining experience.

The food here was so delicious I cannot wait to go back. They just did things correctly right down to the little glass of Prosecco to start with to the very tasty sorbet before your main course. An exceptional restaurant in beautiful Bolsena.

The meal was the best meal we had in our eight days in Italy. Engaging host and great ambience in a former wine cellar. Only quibble from an old man: I hate having to download the menu via QR code!

Excellent food .. nice Owners.We found the dishes to be a little too salty but this is our taste , I believe the region like it this way .Overall great food and lovely place
