Gintilla Vegan Restaurant

An excellent vegan restaurant in the heart of Cagliari. Staff were attentive and helpful, the interior was stylish but not pretentious and the atmosphere was relaxed. It was wonderful to be able to try Sardinian specialities that were vegan. Everything we tried was delicious but the corligiones were amazing! We had some organic prosecco and the house red wine. We felt for the type and quality of food this was very good value for money. We would definitely recommend this for anyone who loves good food, regardless of dietary choices and we would definitely go back.

My group loved this restaurant. Everything we are was delicious - soup , pizza & pasta. All large portions & delicious. The service was excellent & so was the atmosphere. Looking forward to going back.

I had read great reviews and I understood why: the food is wonderful, I love the creativity in combining different flavours and the quality of the ingredients. I would highly recommend the tempura of vegetables and the steak of saitan. I thought they were both superb, and I am not even vegan or vegetarian! I just love good food.

We had an excellent experience. The pasta carbonara was rich and creamy and the lasagne was delicious as well. Service was super friendly. A definite recommendation for vegans and non vegans! Will for sure revisit if we’re back in Cagliari again.

The food was really delicious - I had the vegan cheeses followed by the aubergine risotto, both really good and the service was very good too. I haven’t tried the dessert yet because I brought it home - I was too full after the first two courses!
