Excellent food, friendly and excellent service, what more could you ask for? The place doesn't immediately stand out in the square, but then you discover a treasure. My wife and I had an exceptional antipasto platter, the hay with Viterbo beef ragù (me) and the chicken one (hers) were truly excellent. Her belly was superior to the excellent fried rabbit. Desserts on par with the rest. Complete wine list, but with excursions to small local wineries that are truly quality. The red Grechetto was excellent and the restaurant manager was happy to give us the winery's telephone number. To return, also considering the numerous parking lots in the town
