For the third time...a confirmation on everything. Wonderful location, attentive staff, highly professional, excellent food, never banal with original and always spot on combinations. As always absolutely recommended.

The atmosphere is as refined as the dishes! The quality of the food is high but, as often happens, it is lost on the quantity! At each course there is attention to the customer with an explanation of the dish and the ingredients. Atmosphere with soft lights and music accompany the evening.

The welcome is very pleasant, the room is very well decorated. The waitresses and waiters are very attentive to us. The selection on the menu is quite wide. The dishes are quite elaborate and very good. And finally, the prices are very affordable.

Nice restaurant inside a hotel. Without The Fork I would never have discovered it! Not a very wide but refined selection of dishes, nice presentation of the dishes. Prices in line with Liguria. Excellent service.

After a week we returned and it was the confirmation of excellence. Even though the restaurant had many customers at the tables, the service and attention were flawless. Everything was perfect. Mr. Ambrogio welcomed us like a true host and made us feel at ease right away. The food delighted us from start to finish. The quality of the raw materials, the combination of flavors and the staff of the rooms are the key to the success of this restaurant.
