Great selection of fresh local products prepared in a fabulous style. The service was impeccable, the local wines delightful. Sadly I didn’t save room for dessert so I must go back!

Probably the best lunch we have ever had. White table cloth dining in a friendly relaxed atmosphere in the beautiful town of Gioia del Colle. Outstanding food and excellent local wine. The staff even helped us find a parking spot for our car.

Loved this place so much! Amazing burrata ravioli with zucchini flowers and lots of wonderful natural wine. They were super helpful with recommendations and very good service.

The location is also very beautiful, with a cozy and romantic atmosphere that made our dinner even more special. The service was impeccable, with a really good quality-price ratio. In summary, I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a high quality dining experience in a cozy environment with excellent service. I will definitely be back!

Typical atmosphere, like it used to be. Traditional cuisine (try the chicory and white beans and meatballs in sauce like grandmas used to make) and a pinch of innovation that doesn't hurt. Young, very kind and knowledgeable staff. And the castle of Frederick II around the corner.
