L&#39;abbiamo scoperto la scorsa estate, locale in sicurezza, molto gentili, ottima la cucina.Siamo tornati molto volentieri e ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Un locale molto bello e accogliente, servizio impeccabile, sollecito e discreto e cucina strepitosa di pesce. Abbiamo preso una fregola ai frutti di mare molto ricca ma ben bilanciata e delle sarde fritte da ricordare! Al prossimo sbarco a Olbia ripeteremo volentieri l&#39;esperienza!

A very beautiful and welcoming place, impeccable service, prompt and discreet and amazing seafood cuisine. We had a very rich but well-balanced fregola with seafood and fried sardines to remember! On the next landing in Olbia we will gladly repeat the experience!

Ottimo ristorante di pesce e piatti tipici sardi. Ambiente semplice e formale, cucina ottima con piatti curati e materie prime di ottima qualit&agrave;.  Non velocissimo il servizio, dovuto probabilmente ai tempi di cottura e preparazione dei piatti espressi. Prezzo nella media o forse anche qualcosina sotto.

Excellent seafood restaurant and typical Sardinian dishes. Simple and formal atmosphere, excellent cuisine with carefully prepared dishes and top quality raw materials. Not the fastest service, probably due to the cooking and preparation times of the express dishes. Average price or maybe even a little bit below.

Piatti della tradizione assieme a pietanze tipicamente marinare. Un bel ristorante. Personale attento. Tempi di attesa iniziali forse un po&rsquo; lunghi ma quando si parte con la prima portata poi si va spediti. Ottime le cozze olbiesi gratinate.

Traditional dishes along with typical seafood dishes. A nice restaurant. Attentive staff. Initial waiting times perhaps a little long but once you start with the first course then you go quickly. Excellent Olbia mussels au gratin.

Pizza &amp; Tiramisu were very good, but the speed, friendlyness and professionality of the service team stands out even more.Nice place to enjoy  food!

L&rsquo;Essenza Bistrot is a very nice small restaurant in the historic district of Olbia with a sophisticated menu a la carte. If you are up to a full experience they propose interesting menu options for all the palates. We had a table inside because it was raining otherwise we would have certainly asked for an outside table. Mussels bombette to share and paccheri cacio e pepe with anchovies and lime are among my favorites. The price is reasonable and definitely in line with the quality of the food and service.

We enjoyed dinner at Dulch&eacute;mente at the Hotel Ollastu Resort. The restaurant (and the resort) are beautiful, just 20 minutes outside Olbia with beautiful views of Tavolara Island.The restaurant quickly filled with guests and locals. The food was very good, although the service team struggled a bit to keep up with all of the tables and guests, nonetheless it was a lovely evening. Dulchemente&rsquo;s is a great spot for a special occasion.

Very satisfying meal. Modern Bistro ambiance. I think it was the owner explaining the men&uuml; and recommending the wine. Meal was using local ingredients prepared with a twist. I like well prepared meals and this was satisfying. Fair pricing.

As with my first visit earlier this week, a very memorable meal and evening. Made to feel very much at home, with a warm welcome, and excellent, authentic dishes. Really relaxed, wonderful atmosphere, and amazing service. Very highly recommended, and already looking forward to another visit before my return to the UK at the end of the week.
