It's difficult to find vegetarian options in the land of porchetta. my meal was perfect, tasty and filling. it was also beautifully presented.

Good food, higher price range. We came early for our 730 reservation (can’t break the in laws of American diner times) and they were very surprised but accommodating. Typical of Italy, the meal took about 2.5hrs which we expected. Courses were well timed! Platted tasting menus run about €40-50 per person and wine €20-50 a bottle. We were surprised that Google only lists the restaurant as an Italian restaurant not a vegan only option. I still loved my food! Overall we had a good experience but definitely feel it is overpriced at a final bill close to €300 for four people.

The presentation of the dishes is very careful. The research on the raw materials is very noticeable. The menu changes often and is never predictable.

On the advice of a colleague, we decided to try this restaurant even though my partner and I are not vegan. We were definitely satisfied. The dishes are refined and also elaborate in the presentation. The wait is a little long but it is repaid by the quality. Maybe the prices are a little high, but that is the case everywhere nowadays. Definitely recommended and we will return to try other dishes if we are in the area.
