I would definately recommend this restaurant when visiting Otranto - delicious tapas style dishes, all with a modern twist. Very refreshing after having had many traditional meals whist in Puglia.

The food is excellent.  Service is exceptional, and as the sun disappeared the restaurant in the cliff showed no he beauty of the area.  Highly recommend for drinks and tapas style food.

Food was delicious, especially the mussels. Service was also great, didn&rsquo;t wait too long for anything. Nice generous wine pours too. Fantastic experience.

The idea of an Italian tapas in this great location is a great thing. Ingredients were excellently fresh with the mussels outstanding. Joined with the wonderful Rosata from San Marzano made for a great lunch. Service just right and prices for this location surprisingly fair.

Nice food but very fast service! Ate within 35 minutes however it wasn&rsquo;t very busy. The cod tapas was the highlight. Recommended, but take your time ordering&hellip;

Best meal that we had in Otranto.  Ambience/service professional and warm, food delicious and prepared with flair.  This is not a churn- it-out tourist restaurant and I would highly recommend it to anyone who has a discerning palate.  A jewel amidst quite a lot of average food in the town.

About the beach:
The small sandy beach is protected by cliffs on both sides, and 4 grottoes can be seen from the beach
. The most popular grotto is laGrottaSfondata, which means the fallen grotto. It looks like a hole from the ground. Don&#39;t get close to it, as it is easy to fall in. After arriving at the beach, you can swim to this natural pool and look up at the dome, which is very shocking~
. The other 3 grottoes are Grotta dellEremita, lo Scoglio di Sapunero&#39; and Grotta della Monaca. They are all connected to each other through small tunnels, and can be reached by boat and swim in and out.
How to get there:
&quot;Hike: After driving to the vicinity of the beach, you can only walk to the beach, but you must pay a 15-20 euro ticket and enter a camping site before you can enter the beach. The road in the middle is not very smooth, so you need to pay attention to safety!
The second way is to go by sea by boat. There will be small groups during the peak season.
Is it worth going?
1. The beach is relatively niche, actually small, and slightly difficult to enter. Therefore, many people do not recommend it.
2. But the sea water is very clear and blue, and it is also very beautiful to take pictures! Friends who like to take pictures and are not afraid of difficulties can go to the beach.
3. If it is relatively close to here, you can arrange a vacation. If it is far away, it is not worth it.
