Peculiare Restaurant

I recently visited Peculiar restaurant and overall, my experience was mixed. The food itself was delicious, with standout dishes like the scallops and the chocolate gianduja dessert. However, I was disappointed by the small portion sizes - especially considering the prices. Another issue I encountered was the limited availability of menu items under The Fork promotion. As a meat lover, it was disappointing to see that almost half of the main course options were not eligible for the promotion. So I chose the only option, the braised beef with mashed potatoes. This definitely impacted my overall satisfaction with the meal.On a positive note, the service was friendly and attentive, and the ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and inviting. One important thing to note is that the restaurant is located in a ZTL area, so be prepared to park and walk a bit to reach the restaurant.In conclusion, while the food at Peculiar was tasty, the portion sizes and limited menu options under the promotion were a bit of a letdown. I would consider visiting again, but only if the menu is fully accessible and more options are available under the promotion.

Peculiare's service is unmatched, ambience is the best we've found in Aversa, and food is delicious. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it!

The location is intimate and welcoming. The staff is attentive and precise in the presentation of the dishes. We were very satisfied, from the appetizers to the dessert. Highly recommended.

Peculiar In the historic center of Aversa, where you least expect it, a high-level restaurant that tells of a passion for catering and cooking. Peculiar The girl who runs the room with a skill and attention to detail that you usually only find in a starred restaurant. Precise and careful description of the dishes, the dish of the 4 amazing cheeses explained in detail with great attention to detail, something absolutely unusual in restaurants in Campania. The cuisine (which I would define as Italian and not Campanian) has a high-level hand of a chef who certainly has important experience behind him and it is perceived in every dish, starting from the amuse bouche, to move on to the 65 degree egg with parmesan and porcini mushrooms, which is their signature dish and which, for me, deserves 10 (considering that I have tried many similar ones elsewhere but none that came even close to this one). What can I say, the restaurant is small and welcoming but also elegant. Excellent food, the chef delighted us with his dishes, the lovely dining room manager and kind manners. I will definitely return.
