Very cozy and welcoming place, very polite staff, attention to detail, simple but tasty dishes and balanced portions, excellent location in the historic center.

We had already been to Salinari a few years ago and it was a confirmation of quality, kindness and elegance. Excellent dishes, creative but without excess. An excellent experience.
