Ristorante Carraro

We have passed by it many times but we have never stopped, we thought that the Carraro was a hotel with an attached restaurant for guests. Thanks to The Fork we booked a lunch and we did not regret it: exquisite traditional Trentino dishes, excellent service (with a smile) and a family atmosphere in a well-kept environment.

Everything was great!!! Quality of food, presentation, staff and price. Definitely worth a try and, if possible, come back!!!

I went to this restaurant for Christmas, so the fixed fish menu. The food was very good, even though I was expecting a typical local menu, but I imagine that those who are from the area will be tired of the usual things. The service was very good, the only thing was the long wait between courses, from 12:30 we finished eating at 4:00 pm ????

Nice surprise, known through The Fork, simple and welcoming environment, lots of kindness and very very good traditional dishes. Recommended

Beyond expectations we found friendliness, cleanliness, excellent dishes with fresh quality products. We highly recommend it and....congratulations!
