BiTo Bistrot

Bito was a nice discovery during our stay in Tivoli. It was recommended to us and we couldn't have eaten better! The products are excellent, quality and well presented. The staff is professional and kind and we felt pampered and welcomed. The interior is very nice and clean and the space outside in the square is very pleasant. The quality/price ratio is indisputable. When we return to Tivoli we will definitely return to Bito🥰

The food is really excellent, from appetizer to dessert. The best pici all'aglione I've eaten and the tiramisu with cantucci, a variation that made it better than the classic. We ate outside in the large square, but even inside the restaurant is worth it for its intimate and refined atmosphere. The staff is kind and attentive, they managed an inconvenience, not their fault, with maximum professionalism. We will return to try other delicacies.

great food, just a comment on the fork discount: in the end they made sure that it was absorbed by the extras (service, drinks etc.) and we went back to the starting price which is still fair

At the end of the visit to Villa Adriana, we realized that it was very late and, after booking, we called the restaurant having immediately the impression of great availability amply confirmed upon our arrival. We were served as if we were the first customers of the day with very good food and with rare courtesy. We will definitely return.
