Beautiful experience, starting with the tasting of cocoa and with very interesting explanations about the journey that cocoa beans make from the field of origin to the delicious creations of Cioccolocanda; continued with a cooking class held by chef Silvio Bessone, who showed us how to prepare chocolate cakes with a warm heart and ended with a truly delicious dinner: a fixed 5-course menu with the inevitable presence of cocoa in different forms, which ended with the cake prepared together a few hours before. Chef Silvio, together with his wife and daughter were very helpful, even stopping at the tables to have a chat with the guests
