Great Culinary Experience!A unique level of service combined with delicious food and a nice atmosphere.  There is not a better place to eat in Trieste.

Excellent super high quality food. Staff also very courteous and professional. The ambience needs improvement, very noisy and crammed for a high end place.

Elegant restaurant, delicious food, great service. The Dalmatian fish soup is our favorite dish! The wine list is outstanding: Many Champagnes and Franciacortas plus a wide variety of local wines, including Vitovska, which we discovered in Trieste and loved!

Wonderful food and marvelous service in an inviting room.  It is clear that the kitchen and staff know what they are doing.  They provide an evening of dining that displays the love and attention that good ingredients deserve and that people who know and love food appreciate!

It was a wonderful evening, a great place for a perfect dinner for two.  Very friendly service, special dishes and great atmosphere. Thank&#39;s a lot, we will come again.

Lovely local restaurant. Food was excellent. The only problem we had was being able to access the online menu which was frustrating. The experience was greatly enhanced when we received a written menu and could then ask our server for food and wine recommendations. It&rsquo;s a shame to only have the online menu as you lose the personal touch which makes the dining experience more pleasurable. Overall we very much enjoyed the food and ambience.

very good food and service. We went on a family dinner and had a good time. However, it&#39;s possible to get also very good food and service in other restaurants in the area for a bit lower price.

Apart from providing an intersting and inventive tasting menu, and a great choice wines, with interaction with staff was excellent.

We were there on New Year&rsquo;s Eve.  The food and wine and service was great.  The only issue is that we didn&rsquo;t realize how long the entire dinner would take.  We got there at 9pm and hoped to be done by 11-11:30pm at the latest.  We had to leave without getting our desert and champagne because we wanted to see the fireworks and the countdown from Piazza L&rsquo;Unita before 12pm.  It was my fault for not asking how long we would be there.  We love the restaurant, have been there before, and will continue to go again.  Happy New Year!

The ambience should leave the impression of the old pub and it is possible that it is a cold weather but a Saturday evening in a half-empty restaurant where cold and guests are seated in the jackets did not justify our expectations. Beer is fine and food well prepared, but the impression that the ingredients are cheap. Something like in large fast food chains. I think the owner of everything wants to save ... The restaurant and the concept has potential, but it needs a good manager and a new shine.
