All aspects of this restaurant are good and when all parts come together it becomes a very enjoyable and tasty experience.

The food was marvellous, but the restaurant could open the windows when it brings the plancha to the table, my coat smelled of smoke.

Highly recommend Can Xabanet. They&#39;ve got a varied daily menu at a very reasonable price, served by riendly and competent staff. One not to miss in Banyoles!

The restaurant offers a 30&euro; menu with a good choice of dishes. The tuna tartare was excellent. As main courses, we ordered the cod with garlic muslin and veal fillet. The garlic muslin was tasteless. The veal was already sliced and irregularly cooked. Some slices were more cooked than others. A dessert of Catalan cream was far too dense.The lady who welcomed us was very attentive.

We have been eating on Saturday. Very tasty food, service with great attention at all times. The restaurant is very well decorated.

The food and service was amazing and we would definitely go back next time we&rsquo;re in Girona.  Several staff members knew English but we still enjoyed practicing our Spanish! Not sure what the rating is low on The Fork as we loved the restaurant and Google rating with more reviews had it at a 4.1.  Definitely get the beef family style, it was delicious.

Stunning dinner.  Creative and tasty courses delivered by skilled servers.  Wine ws chosen by owner and ws perfect for matching the courses.  They truly deserve more than 1 star from Michelin.

This restaurant was a great find. The service was very good and the waiters were very friendly. The food was very delicious. Very good value for money. We will definitely come back.
