Food was solid, pasta cooked right. Tiramisu though, skip it. Tasted more like cream than coffee, not worth the calories. Stick to the main courses and you're fine. Service was quick enough for a busy evening. Fair price for what you get.

Simple Italian spot that hits the spot without breaking the bank. Casual vibe, perfect for catching up with friends over pasta. Nothing fancy, but you leave happy. 🍝

Stopped by for a quick coffee and the strawberry crème brûlée cake. Light, not too sweet, exactly what I needed. Staff pointed me to it, good call. Place was calm for a weekday afternoon. Service was fast enough for a lunch break. Would grab it again if I'm in the area.

The landlady was super friendly, made us feel like guests in her own home. Tried the local sausages and homemade spritzers—both were solid. Cash only though, so come prepared.

The cheesecake was rich and creamy, not one of those heavy ones that sit in your stomach all night. I had a glass of their house red with it, worked surprisingly well. Coffee would've been fine too, but the wine made it feel more like a proper evening. Place was quiet for a Tuesday, which I didn't mind.

We stopped in for lunch and I really liked the vibe downstairs. The cheese fondue was the highlight for me, so warm and comforting. Service was friendly, not pushy. Only thing is the place is a bit small, so you might wait if it's busy. But for a casual meal, it was a nice spot.

Tomato soup was the real standout — surprisingly rich. Wine list pairs well with most dishes, though prices lean a bit high. Comfortable spot for a low-key evening.

Came here for a birthday dinner and the place has a nice, understated Indian vibe. Chicken tandoori and palak paneer were both pretty good—nothing over the top, but solid. Owner even brought a complimentary drink at the end, which was a decent touch. Service was fine, though it did get a bit busy later in the evening.

Tomato soup was the highlight—rich and clearly made from scratch. The rest of the meal held up fine too. Small spot, feels genuinely family-run. Nothing fancy, but it works.

Honest German food, properly cooked. Had the schnitzel and it was solid, no fuss. Service was friendly without hovering. Place was busy for a Tuesday, which says something. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. I'll be back when I want a reliable meal without the nonsense.

Solid Italian place right in the center. Pizza was good, pasta too. Prices fair for what you get. Nothing fancy but does the job.

Gluten-free folks, this is your spot. They actually get it—offered a fresh scoop straight from a new tub without me even asking. Had the pistachio, solid. No reaction afterward, which says everything.

Been coming here for years. Burgers are solid, staff actually remember you. Probably the best spot around for a quick bite.

The Thursday 'Flotter Dreier' menu was solid—the deer tartare and duck breast really stood out. Room felt classy but relaxed.

A 10 is a little high, as it is also a bit expensive, but the food was good, the portions were generous, the service was attentive, even if I think it took about an hour from ordering until we received the mains, but there were no mistakes and it was easy to get the server's attention, and the atmosphere was nice. 2 in our group had the ribs, which were really tender. We also had a steak, duck and a hamburger and all were very good. There was no room for dessert!

The lunch menu here is solid. I got the set deal and honestly, for the portion size, the price felt right. Not a huge fancy spot, but the food was cooked well and I left full. Would come back on a weekday when I want something reliable without spending too much.

The lighting in there is warm, almost dim, and the mix of Moroccan and Swiss touches actually works. I had the short ribs—tender, decent portion. Staff left us alone but were there when needed. Price felt okay for the quality. Just wish the music was a bit lower, but that's minor.

The tom yum goong was spot on, though we still waited a bit despite booking. A crisp white helped cut through that heat nicely.

The river view alone makes this place worth considering, though you’ll pay for it. I had the grilled fish and a glass of something local—the wine list is short but decent, and the pairing worked well. Ingredients tasted fresh, no complaints there. Just don’t come expecting a bargain; it’s more of a treat-yourself spot. Service was fine, nothing fancy.

The grilled fish here was spot on. Crispy skin, flaky inside, and that chili-oil sauce had real heat. Portion was big enough that I didn’t need anything else. A bit oily by the end, but I’d still order it again.

Been coming here for years now. The Black Forest cake is still as good as the first time I had it. Apple strudel with vanilla sauce is solid too. Place gets busy but that's fine. Just wish they'd open a bit later on Sundays. Anyway, that cake keeps me coming back.

The octopus was the highlight—cooked just right, tender without being chewy. Place gets loud though, so don’t come here expecting a quiet conversation. Tapas are good but prices add up fast. Fine for a casual dinner if you’re in the area, just don’t make it your first choice for a business meet.

The food was really good—we had the schnitzel and it came out hot and crispy. Place itself feels a bit tired though, could use some new chairs and maybe a coat of paint. But honestly, the quality of what's on the plate made up for the worn-out look. I'd come back for that.

Found this place by chance near our hotel, and it was packed with locals. Two pizzas, a bottle of red, salad, and coffees came to €39 – honestly decent for what you get. The food was solid, nothing fancy, but the vibe was nice. Only thing: the tables are a bit close together, so you kinda hear everyone’s conversation. Still, I’d go back if I’m in the area.

Living abroad, you sometimes simply miss the flavours of home, and this is one of those places where you can genuinely find them. I’ve enjoyed both lunch and dinner here, and the food has always been fresh and authentically prepared. I recently tried the lunch package for the first time and was impressed by the generous variety, satisfying portions, and very reasonable price. With warm, helpful staff and inviting outdoor seating, it’s a place I’m always happy to return to.😋

Service was surprisingly good for a busy Friday night. Staff stayed friendly even with the place completely packed. Made the wait for food way more bearable.

The food was solid and the vibe felt easygoing. Just bring cash—no card accepted here. Kind of a hidden spot, but worth knowing about.

The Flammkuchen were properly crispy, really tasty. Nice to see a few vegan options on the menu too. Interior has that old building charm mixed with modern touches, liked the vibe in there.
