This is the 34th country I've visited on my global adventure. When I arrived in Malta, known as the "Heart of the Mediterranean" and "Europe's Backyard," and ranked the fifth best destination in the world by Lonely Planet, I realized how truly amazing this small island nation is. 😍 Malta itself is quite small, and bus services are easily accessible from all locations. My itinerary was pretty relaxed, so here's my 3-day, 2-night lazy getaway! 👇 🔹Valletta I love this creamy, wanderlust-inspired little town. I love every alley. Two popular check-in spots aren't on Old Mint Street, but at Taste and Cafe Society. Sitting there with a drink and the sea at the end of the street is so relaxing! I unexpectedly found a great photo op at the entrance of Gourmet Cafe. Then, in the evening, we headed to Barakka Gardens for a bird's-eye view of the old town. It was stunning. 🔹Comino I'm still mesmerized by the live photos. The blue of Comino is breathtaking. It's worth spending a day here, lounging, grabbing a pineapple drink, and sunbathing. That's what vacation should be like. We took the bus to Ċirkewwa and then took a speedboat to the island. The round-trip ferry ticket is 15€, cash only. We didn't go to Gozo because Comino is already beautiful enough. 🔹Sliema The dining and entertainment complex stretches all the way to St. Julian's, forming one of Malta's most beautiful coastlines. Peppi's Restaurant is delicious, just across from our hotel. We ate there two days in a row. 🔹St. Julian's This seaside resort town has a vibrant nightlife. I recommend combining it with a visit to Sliema. We tried the highly recommended Italian restaurant Le Majoliche. It's very popular, but the food is average. Optional - 🏷️ Travel Tips: 🛃 Visa: Malta is a member of the European Union, so a Schengen visa is sufficient. 🚌 Public Transportation: 2€ per fare, pay cash or Visa 🚖 Taxi: Uber, Blot 🗺️ Navigation: Google Maps 🔌 Plug: UK socket, bring a multi-purpose adapter ☀️ Sunscreen: UV rays are strong, so wear sunscreen. - 🏨 Hotel: Plaza Regency Hotels Sliema is a good choice for accommodations, especially for convenience. This hotel is a good choice overall. It's right by the beach, has a bus stop right outside, and is surrounded by restaurants. · 🙆‍♀️ I'm Fei Shishi, the ever-moving and sharing blogger. 📸 I'm passionate about capturing the beauty of my travels with my camera. ❤️ Follow me🤩 🙌 More travel tips and highlights for you to take home. · #MyLifeFIRST #PlayOutdoors #UnhiddenGlitteringCities #NicheDiscovery #Nanny-LevelTravelPhotographyGuide
